HALLOWEEN PARTY…
WITH A PIRATE TWIST

What: A halloween party! …with a Pirate twist.
Why: In celebration of Colya’s favorite holiday!
When: November 3rd at 7pm
Join us for an exciting evening of Halloween with a Pirate Twist as we
celebrate with Friends and Family, Colya’s favorite holiday! Please feel
free to bring your drink of choice, however, drinks and snacks will be
provided.
Best costume wins a $50 donation in their name to Colya’s Everlasting
Memorial Fund through the VGH and UBC Hospital Foundation. If you wish,
donations will be able to be made at the party. If you’re unable to attend
the party and wish to donate, please contact Trudy Preston, the Tribute
Coordinator, at 604.875.5240.

There will be a memorial tribute to Colya at Vancouver General Hospital on Wednesday, June 20 from 2:45pm to 4:15pm. Friends, colleagues and acquaintances from health care centres all across Canada will gather to remember and reminisce.

LOCATION: The Round Room (it’s a room located at the cafeteria in the Jim Pattison Building - near the main entrance of VGH. You’ll need to walk through the cafeteria to get there.)
DAY: Friday June 1st 2007
TIME: 3pm
Colya’s family, friends and coworkers who can make it will be there. It’s going to be an informal gathering. The chaplin, Ray, will say a few words. There will be a small slideshow. Coffee and story sharing to follow.
Colya’s family is planning a celebration on Bowen on the 9th. Details will be posted here shortly.
